CITIZEN’S CHARTER known as the “ANTI – RED TAPE ACT of 2007”

To IMPROVE EFFICIENCY IN THE DELIVERY OF PUBLIC SERVICE BY REDUCING BUREAUCRATIC RED TAPE, PREVENTING GRAFT & CORRUPTION, & PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFOR

Purpose of the CITIZEN’S CHARTER:

To promote transparency in the KWD office with regard to the manner of transacting with the public through the simplified procedures of frontline services that will reduce red tape and expedite transactions in government.

We, the employees of the Kauswagan Water District, commit to:

  • Serve you promptly, efficiently, and with utmost courtesy by authorized personnel during office hours from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
  • Value every complaint and respond to the services the soonest or within the day, the concessionaire filed the complaint;
  • Ensure the public for strict compliance on any delays in frontline services;

All these we pledge, because YOU deserve no less.
