How to avail of the service?

2 Wait for the findings If found there was a leak, misreading or clerical error in posting, a billing adjustment memo shall be issued 30 mins Commercial Section (ASA-A)
3 Quality of Water – Fill out Service Request Form Conduct examination / testing and make Report 30 mins Technical Section (Utilities / Customer Services Assistant A) Customer Service Request Form
4 Irregular Water Supply – Fill out Customer Service Request Form Issue & Execute Order 2 hrs Commercial Section (ASA-A) Customer Service Request Form
5 Leaks – Fill out Service Request Form Conduct inspection & immediate repair follows 2 hours for single household leak

2 days for major leakages
